Pricing

PM socials.jpg

From January 2024 I have been working at £25 per hour including basic material costs.

When quoting a price, I will use the details of a project provided by a client to project how long I think the project will take and then quote accordingly – as it is a quote it will not go above this price unless time extension is due to extra changes requested – I keep a timer going when I work and note down my hours, so if I take less time I will take this into account and reduce the final bill.

Bookings are usually secured with a 1/3 deposit. I will either invoice for a transfer payment for UK, or for international payments I still use PayPal.

In terms of quality, I’ve long given up on defining work as ‘tabletop standard’, ‘display standard’ etc (subjective terms which mean different things to different people) – ultimately the quality of the final piece will be down to the amount of time spent on it and methods used. There is a minimum standard I am prepared to work to - I want to produce work I am proud of.

Existing bookings will be honoured at the prices I have already quoted, all new commissions will use the new pricing.

I look forward to your commission enquiries!
